Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes, you have up to 24 hours to cancel your order.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped and delivered?

  • All items are made after purchase so shipping times vary by the type and number of items ordered.  See our shipping policy for more details on production times and estimated delivery times.     

How do I track my order? 

  • Once your item has been made and shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via email so that you can check the status and estimated delivery date.

What is your return policy?

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be defective, damaged, the wrong item, or a misprinted image in order to be eligible for a return.
